I had low back pain. I started working out with Dom shortly after because I knew I needed to do something to fix and then prevent the issues I had. Core strengthening and proper form to the rescue--two things that Dom emphasizes repeatedly throughout a session. As a result, I am using my body more efficiently and I am much stronger. Not a bit of discomfort in my low back since I started working with Dom.
